Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of the situation.
The Ruby team reserves the right to suspend or permanently block accounts without notice if any behavior damages the server’s reputation within the community or beyond.
For refund-related inquiries, please submit a ticket on Discord. Note that refunds are only possible if the equivalent amount of silk is available in your account, and at least 48 hours must have passed since the transaction.
Player Security:
We prioritize the privacy and security of your data. Your information is stored securely in our system and is protected from leaks or unauthorized access.
To avoid security risks, we recommend registering with a unique username and password not previously used on other servers. This measure reduces the likelihood of scams or database breaches.
Creating strong, unique credentials not only enhances your account security but also minimizes the risk of complications that may arise from compromised data.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the following:
Registering an account implies consent to receive promotional materials via email.
The Ruby team does not intervene in cases where other players offend you or attempt to scam you through in-game chat.
You are fully responsible for securing your account. Any hacking or scams resulting from weak security measures will not be addressed by the Ruby team. We strongly encourage the use of unique passwords and the in-game character lock feature to prevent unauthorized access.
If suspicious activity is detected, such as the use of unauthorized software (e.g., virtual machines or modified files), we reserve the right to temporarily suspend your account for investigation. Restoration of access may require photographic evidence of your devices.
